It was easy talking to Olivia--like talking to a long time friend, even though I only talked to her a handful of times over the phone before meeting her in person-- and describing to her what I wanted, even with my limited make-up vocabulary. The added bonus was that Olivia was more than a makeup artist to me throughout! After years of great eyebrows (having met her through EWC), Olivia was the first vendor I hired for my wedding. “Praise the heavens for Olivia! Our wedding was in January, during covid, but working with Olivia was a dream, especially considering the circumstances. From the first interaction to the last, Olivia was professional, kind, patient, and a joy to work with. When I first reached out to her she was quick to respond with the details of her services. We did a consultation appointment for a trial makeup for the wedding day. It was so fun. I highly recommend the consultation appointment. It also made the day of the wedding very relaxing because I knew what to expect. Although I loved my makeup on the trial run, we tweaked a few things the day of the wedding as we realized what tones would fit the mood of the wedding a bit better. Our wedding was in Mendocino. Olivia met me at the venue for the big day. We finished with plenty of time for me to finish getting ready and relax a little before the ceremony. With both appointments, she made me feel so comfortable. She checked in after each step, making sure I was happy with everything. I just can't recommend her enough. “I've known Olivia since about June of 2016, and I knew she was a trained makeup artist so as soon as I got engaged, I asked her for a trial.
I was blown away! Not only did she pay close attention to what I was looking to achieve, but she also gave me great tips and pointers. I ended up loving my trial makeup but wanted a few small changes for the big day. She was extremely welcoming of my points and kept on telling me that all she wanted was for me to be happy. 
When my wedding day rolled around, she arrive on time and with the most cheery disposition and positive attitude. 
She expertly made her way through my bridal party, starting with my mother and mother-in-law. Both are in their 60s and the makeup she did on them was flawless. They looked radiant, and not overdone (which is quite tricky to achieve especially on older women). Both ladies loved their makeup.
My bridesmaids also looked absolutely stunning, and Olivia even did a little bit of makeup on my 5yr old flower girl. Each time, she worked with each girls complexion and colouring to compliment their own look. 
When she finally got to me, she was patient, caring, and just a dream to work with. She didn't allow me to see the work in progress because she wanted me to be surprised. Let me tell you that when she gave me the mirror for final ok, I was so crazy in love happy! I looked natural, radiant, effortless - even the hubs complimented on the makeup!
All in all, Olivia is amazing. I will definitely come to her over and over again, and keep on recommending her to other women.
